Thank you for shopping with JT Sports Collectibles. This Pre-Sale & Pre-Order Policy explains how purchases of products offered before their expected release or availability date are handled.
Pre-orders are a convenient way to reserve upcoming sports cards, trading card products, hobby boxes, collectibles, and other anticipated releases. Because release dates and inventory allocations can change, please review this policy carefully before placing a pre-order.
1. What Is a Pre-Sale or Pre-Order?
A pre-sale or pre-order is an order placed for a product before it is available for standard fulfillment.
Pre-order products may include:
- Sports card hobby boxes
- Trading card booster boxes
- Factory-sealed TCG products
- Collectible boxes
- New product releases
- Limited-release products
- Other upcoming hobby and collectible products
A product will generally be identified as a Pre-Order, Pre-Sale, or similar designation on its product page.
2. Estimated Release Dates
Any release date, expected availability date, or shipping estimate displayed for a pre-order product is based on the information reasonably available to us at that time.
Release dates may be changed by:
- Manufacturers
- Publishers
- Distributors
- Suppliers
- Licensing partners
- Shipping or logistics providers
As a result, pre-order release dates should be considered estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
JT Sports Collectibles cannot guarantee that a manufacturer or distributor will release or deliver a product on its originally estimated date.
3. When Pre-Orders Ship
Pre-orders generally begin processing after the applicable inventory has been received and the product is eligible for release or shipment.
Once inventory becomes available, orders are prepared according to our applicable fulfillment procedures.
You should receive shipping or tracking information when available after your order has been prepared for shipment.
4. Release-Date Delays
Occasionally, a manufacturer, distributor, or supplier may postpone a product's release or delivery.
If this occurs, your pre-order will generally remain active and will be fulfilled when the applicable inventory becomes available.
A change to an estimated release date does not necessarily mean that the product or order has been canceled.
Where practical, we may update relevant product information or communicate material changes affecting an order.
5. Manufacturer & Distributor Allocations
Certain sports card, TCG, and collectible releases may be subject to limited manufacturer or distributor allocations.
This means JT Sports Collectibles may receive fewer units than originally anticipated.
If our allocation is reduced, we may need to adjust or cancel affected orders.
If we cannot fulfill a paid pre-order because inventory was not supplied to us, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Pre-Order Payments
Unless otherwise indicated during checkout, payment for a pre-order may be collected when the order is placed.
The price displayed and accepted at checkout is the price applicable to that order, subject to genuine pricing errors and applicable law.
Customers should review the product, quantity, price, estimated availability information, and applicable policies before completing a pre-order.
7. Price Changes After Ordering
The market value of sports cards, hobby boxes, trading cards, and collectibles may increase or decrease between the date a pre-order is placed and the product's release.
A change in market value alone does not alter the price of an accepted pre-order.
Likewise, we do not guarantee that a pre-order product will retain, increase, or achieve any particular resale or market value after release.
8. Pre-Order Cancellations
If you wish to request cancellation of a pre-order, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and the product you wish to cancel.
Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order and any product-specific conditions clearly disclosed before purchase.
Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. An eligible product may instead be subject to our Refund & Return Policy after delivery.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights that may be required under applicable law.
9. Pre-Order Products That Sell Out
A pre-order product may sell out before its official release date.
Products placed in a shopping cart are not necessarily reserved until checkout has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted.
Availability can change quickly for limited sports card and collectible releases.
10. Orders Containing Multiple Pre-Order Products
If an order contains several pre-order products with different release dates, fulfillment may depend on how the order and shipping method are configured.
Some products may be shipped separately, while others may be held until additional products become available.
Any applicable information shown during checkout or on the product page should be reviewed before ordering.
If you need products shipped separately, contact us before placing your order so we can advise you of available options.
11. Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Products
If you purchase an in-stock product together with a pre-order product, the order may be held until the pre-order product becomes available depending on the fulfillment configuration and shipping method.
If separate shipping is available or required, additional shipping charges may apply.
For time-sensitive in-stock purchases, placing them in a separate order from pre-order products may help avoid delays.
12. Shipping Estimates for Pre-Orders
Our normal shipping processing timeframe does not begin simply because a pre-order was placed.
For a pre-order, fulfillment depends first on the applicable product becoming available to us and being eligible for release.
After the product becomes available and the order enters normal fulfillment, our standard shipping procedures apply.

13. Product Images & Packaging
Pre-release product images may sometimes be supplied by manufacturers or distributors before final production.
Final packaging, artwork, configuration, promotional markings, or other non-material presentation details may differ from preliminary images.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate.
If a material change significantly affects what was ordered, we will handle the matter appropriately under applicable policies and law.
14. Randomized Product Contents
Many pre-order sports card and TCG products contain randomized contents.
Purchasing a pre-order does not guarantee any particular:
- Player or character
- Card
- Autograph
- Memorabilia card
- Parallel
- Insert
- Serial-numbered card
- Short print
- Chase card
- Rarity
- Grading result
- Monetary or resale value
Randomized contents are determined by the applicable manufacturer or product configuration, not by JT Sports Collectibles.
15. Changes to Product Configuration
Manufacturers occasionally change product configurations before release.
If a manufacturer makes a minor change that does not materially alter the product being sold, fulfillment may proceed with the final manufacturer-issued version.
If a change materially affects the product purchased, we will evaluate the affected order and provide an appropriate resolution where necessary.
16. Canceled Releases
In rare circumstances, a manufacturer or supplier may cancel a product entirely.
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled because the applicable product has been canceled or we cannot obtain the inventory, we will cancel the affected item and issue a refund of the applicable amount to the original payment method.
17. Refund Processing
When a pre-order refund is approved or required, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
After we submit the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the transaction to appear in your account.
JT Sports Collectibles does not control processing times imposed by financial institutions.
18. Address Changes
Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping information accurate.
If your address changes before your pre-order ships, contact us promptly at contact@jtsportscollectibles.com.
Include your order number and the corrected shipping information.
We will make reasonable efforts to update an address before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipment.
19. Returns After Delivery
Once a pre-order has been delivered, any return request is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Factory-sealed hobby boxes, booster boxes, trading card products, and similar collectibles generally need to remain unopened and factory sealed to qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.
Opened randomized products generally cannot be returned simply because the contents did not include a desired card or expected value.
20. Buying Pre-Orders as Gifts
If you are purchasing a pre-order as a gift, please remember that release and delivery dates may change.
We recommend avoiding reliance on an estimated release date when the product is required for a birthday, holiday, event, or other specific deadline.
21. No Guarantee of Investment or Resale Value
Sports cards, trading cards, hobby boxes, and collectibles can fluctuate significantly in market value.
JT Sports Collectibles does not guarantee that a pre-order product will:
- Increase in value;
- Maintain its purchase price;
- Be profitable for resale;
- Become scarce or rare; or
- Achieve any particular future market price.
Purchasing collectible products should not be considered an investment guarantee.
22. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Pre-Sale & Pre-Order Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Where applicable law provides additional rights, those rights will apply.
