3. Product Information

However, manufacturers may change packaging, artwork, specifications, promotional markings, or other product characteristics.

4. Randomized Trading Card Products

Many sports-card and trading-card products contain randomized contents.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a sealed hobby box, booster box, pack, or similar randomized product does not guarantee that you will receive any specific:

  • Player
  • Character
  • Card
  • Autograph
  • Memorabilia card
  • Insert
  • Parallel
  • Serial-numbered card
  • Short print
  • Rarity
  • Chase card
  • Monetary or resale value

Opening a randomized product involves the possibility that its contents will differ from what you hoped to receive.

The absence of a desired card or expected resale value does not, by itself, mean that a product is defective.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical, or listing errors. If a material pricing error affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact you regarding the error and available options, subject to applicable law.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout as appropriate.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or fulfilled.

After checkout, you may receive an automated order confirmation acknowledging that we received your order.

JT Sports Collectibles generally does not directly store complete credit or debit card credentials entered through third-party payment processors.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped according to the terms displayed in our Shipping Policy and applicable checkout information.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

11. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information after an order has been prepared for shipment.

A tracking number may be generated before the carrier performs its first physical scan. As a result, tracking information may not show movement immediately.

Carrier tracking information is maintained by the applicable shipping provider.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged-product claims, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers should review that policy before purchasing, particularly when purchasing factory-sealed sports cards, trading cards, hobby boxes, or other collectible products.

Products originally sold as factory sealed generally need to remain unopened and factory sealed to qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. Pre-Orders & Pre-Sales

Some products may be offered before their expected release date.

Release dates and expected availability may be based on information provided by manufacturers, publishers, suppliers, or distributors and may change.

Delays may occur for reasons outside our reasonable control.

Any product-specific pre-order conditions disclosed before purchase, together with our applicable Pre-Order Policy, form part of the terms applicable to that purchase.

14. Product Availability

Inventory for trading cards, sports cards, and collectible products may be limited and can change quickly.

Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily reserve inventory unless our checkout system expressly indicates otherwise.

If we cannot fulfill a paid order because of an inventory issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund for the unavailable product.

15. Resale & Market Values

Collectible values can fluctuate significantly.

JT Sports Collectibles does not guarantee:

  • Future product values
  • Card grading results
  • Resale prices
  • Investment returns
  • Market demand
  • Future rarity or scarcity

Products sold through our store should not be interpreted as financial or investment products, and information on our website should not be considered investment advice.

16. Card Grading

Unless a card is expressly sold with a specific third-party grading designation, we do not guarantee that a card will receive any particular grade if submitted to a grading company.

Grading decisions are made independently by the applicable grading provider and can involve subjective professional judgment.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, our website's original branding, layout, graphics, written content, logos, and other proprietary materials belonging to JT Sports Collectibles are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or use our proprietary materials without authorization except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, game names, sports-league references, manufacturer logos, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
