From Checkout To Your Door

Order Received
Your order is submitted and an order confirmation is sent to your email address.
Processing
Standard in-stock orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days.
In Transit
After shipment, estimated carrier transit time is typically 5–7 business days.
Delivered
Your package reaches the shipping address provided during checkout. Time to enjoy your new addition.
Good To Know
Tracking Says Delivered
If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, check your mailbox, porch, parcel locker, building reception and other safe delivery locations. You may also want to check with household members or the applicable carrier.
Tracking Hasn't Updated
Don't worry if your tracking does not update immediately. A shipping label can be created before the carrier's first physical scan. Carrier systems may require additional time to display movement.
Shipping Time
Standard in-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days of carrier transit.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products follow their applicable release and availability schedules. Standard processing does not begin simply because a pre-order was placed.
