From Checkout To Your Door
Here's what generally happens after an order is placed with JT Sports Collectibles.
Order Received
Your order is submitted and an order confirmation is sent to the email address used during checkout.
Order Processing
Your order is reviewed and prepared for shipment with care before being handed to the carrier.
In Transit
Once shipped, available tracking information allows you to follow your package through the carrier network.
Delivered
Your package reaches the delivery address provided during checkout.

Tracking Says Delivered
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, check your mailbox, porch, parcel locker, building reception and other safe delivery locations. You may also want to check with household members or the carrier.
Tracking Hasn't Updated
A tracking number can be created before the carrier performs its first physical scan. Please allow additional time for carrier tracking systems to display movement.
Shipping Confirmation
When tracking is available, your tracking information will normally be provided after your order has been prepared and shipped.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products follow their applicable release and availability schedules. Shipment occurs after eligible inventory becomes available for fulfillment.
